New semester... Fall 2002. Well, to be more honest, it's already the fifth week of the "new" semester.
Anyway, a lot has changed since even just the summer.
Both of my parents came to visit in the past month. Separately though. I hadn't seen either of them since January so it was good seeing them again. First at the end of Summer, my mom came and helped my brother and I buy cars. and then in september, my dad came to visit. My dad's so laid back now about certain things he used to stress about which i think is a really good thing. it was fun when they came to visit. Both times we went down to Caanan Taiwanese Chuch which still feels like a good place.
Yep, I got a driver's license... Aug 21st 2002.. when I was 20 years old. Oh, and I also a new car. I always thought I was going to get a used car, never even thought I knew anyone who bought new cars, but I suppose we got a decent deal.
I'm also single again :) I guess I got over it really easily, especially considering.
Living in Milvia House is great. I'm glad that even after I started living with them, they all still seem like good people. It sucks when that isn't true. We've done some fun things like go to the beach, lots of dinners, bbq, party, ktv, and went out to look at the moon at the marina. Oct 25th weekend we're going camping. even bought a tent. :) can't wait. if anyone's interested, ask, and maybe we can find a way to squeeze you in the trunk, because we need someone to be on the lookout for bears at night.
As for school itself, I'm taking easy classes, but been busy doing nothing, so i'm not doing the best that I can... I have a morning schedule that usually ends by 12 noon, so I'm doing wingchun on tues/thurs 12:30-2:00 which is really good. and I applied for a job. Hopefully that goes through. It'd be nice to feel like i'm not just a sponge.
doing oases again.. tuesdays as always. more on that later, as the picnic is this sunday :). the only difference this year is that i'm a driver, and of course i'm more experienced at tutoring.
