21 years old!

Yes it's true, since February 10, 2003, Slin's been 21... and yes it's true, he's been doing lots of stupid stuff.
That's a picture of me getting carded at Safeway for the first time, you can see that it's 12:56 am on the clock in the background. Didn't waste anytime heading over to the supermarket to buy my first alcohol with my own ID in America.. some good old Johnnie Walker Black Label. Gotta thank my family esp my brother Ken for coming all the way up here for my birthday, Milvia House and friends for the dinner, people who were at Henry's and Kips (especially the ones who put up with me doing stupid stuff), and just everyone who wished me a happy birthday or is my friend.

I'll be making an effort to do less stupid stuff, and just relax more soon though.. I have a feeling good things are happening and the Milvia house party coming up is just the start!

Chinese New Year 2003 Tahoe trip!
Well, this year for Chinese New Year, some friends and I were up in Tahoe for the weekend. 25 people in a huge cabin from Friday to Sunday. Cabin, Snowboarding, and Casinos. :) I didn't take that many pictures, and a lot of the ones that I did take came out really badly, but oh well.

Snowboarding:
My first time snowboarding. It was great, even falling was great at first! Then towards the end of the day my body just got exhausted... heh. that was remedied with some hot tub time outside while it was snowing.

It started snowing while we were out there! it was beautiful, but annoying sometimes.

At the cabin:
The cabin was amazing.. it was huge, and cozy at the same time, equipped with everything from a stereo, tv with cable, dvd player, movie library, board games, hot tub inside, jacuzzi outside, back yard with a snow ramp for sledding, nice kitchen, fireplace, christmas trees etc etc etc!

We found a 1000 piece jigsaw puzzle in the cabin and decided to start


By the time we left, we were done: :-) Lots of teamwork.
